Fitness should be fun

When exercise feels like a reward rather than a punishment, “consistency” happens naturally. We focus on the mental clarity, stress reduction, and sleep quality that come with moving your body. My goal is to help you find the types of exercises to fit into your unique lifestyle and physical ability. There should be a balance between doing something because you know it’s good for you and doing things that you enjoy. We want physical activity to be for a lifetime!

Weekly check-in and coaching calls

Basic home/gym strength program

Clinical Wellness Path -6 months

Goal: Disease management and metabolic health.

Duration: 6 Months (Standard for clinical habit change).

Includes: Everything in the Lifestyle Reset, plus:

Pantry walk-through and nutrition label education.

Education on meal design and prepping.

Updates to your physician and coordination for lab work and any medication changes needed as you lose weight and improve metabolic condition.
