My approach to wellness is built on a foundation of my academic training and clinical experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Education and am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), a credential that focuses on the science of behavior change and health literacy. By combining this background with my work as a Certified Personal Trainer, I bridge the gap between complex medical advice and your daily life. I don’t follow social media fads; I use proven nutrition science and exercise prescription to help you manage your health and your future with confidence. I am a Utah native and love hiking and exploring the great outdoors.
